From development programs to Strength and Conditioning for elite sporting teams, they have the solution for you. Their team of coaches work with athletes and clubs throughout the state both in the gym and on the field.

Since 2010 Pushing Performance has been working with schools throughout South Australia to inspire, motivate and educate young people on the importance of healthy living.

Pushing Performance works with primary through to senior schools with the objective to:
- Increase the awareness of healthy living.
- Educate participants on the POWER of change!
- Establish systems to deal with Emotion, Anxiety and Peer Pressure.
- To create LEADERS!...

All programs are customized to reflect the schools desired outcomes and can be delivered onsite at the school, offsite gym excursions, seminars and more. Providing schools solutions to all Metro and Regional locations throughout SA.

Pushing Performance also provides support for students studying a Certificate III in Fitness within school at both stage 1 & stage 2 levels. They have TAE qualified trainers who can deliver, manage, and assess students with direct industry pathways.
