Yoga
Wednesdays 6.30 - 7.30pm 
Experience new energy and calmness in mind and body! A non-impact class great for strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Pilates Flow funded
Thursdays 6.30 - 7.30pm
Pilates Flow is a workout that combines the fundamentals of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi. Come and enjoy elements of strength training, flexibility, and mind body balance in one fun and dynamic workout.

Tai Chi
Sundays 10.30 - 11.30am 
Unlock a world of balance, relaxation, and inner harmony. Whether you are a beginner or have some prior experience, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the wonders of Tai Chi.

Living Well @The Lights

Previously known as Wisemoves for Women, Living Well @ The Lights is a series of workshops aimed at building wellbeing by creating opportunities to connect, learn, be active, take notice, give back, eat well and sleep well.

Walk the Lights

Tuesday Mornings, leaving from The Lights @9.30am
FREE for everyone

A walking Group in partnership with the Heart foundation. Walking for an average of 30 minutes a day can lower the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes by 30 to 40 percent!

Come along and join The Lights Walking Group! Starting from the Centre, enjoy a leisurely stroll then join us after for a cuppa at Delightful Cafe. Suitable for all fitness levels, everyone welcome.
Please come in 5 minutes early to register for your first walk.

Walking Netball

Wednesday 10.30-11.30am

Walking Netball is a modified version of traditional netball and is appropriate for any age or fitness level. Enjoy this exciting chance to play social netball at your own (walking) pace.

Walking Netball is a great place to meet up with friends or make new ones, play netball and get moving. Whether you've played netball before or are new to the game, Walking Netball is the perfect way to keep active and have some fun!

Walking Basketball

Introducing our new Walking Basketball program for ages 16 and up, catering to all skill levels. Working with Basketball SA, the Lights are excited to bring you this program every Tuesday evening during school terms. Walking Basketball is a slower paced, low impact, social and fun way to stay active!
